If you buy something and you find a fault with it you must tell us within 7 working days after receiving the product, and if you post the item to us we will exchange it and post it back to you.
When in stock we would exchange the returned item, but if out of stock we would offer a similar one of the same value or offer a credit.
Only faulty items will be exchanged in this way.
